A little more depth

The System Of Strength was formed through many years of personal experience & client results. We believe in fitness and mindset development through physical application. By applying the correct mindset to physical activity you build confidence, resilience self worth and true personal growth.


The Burpee is a great example of this physical translation to mental strength.

Building resilience through physical exercise and meditation is a transferable skill that can benefit all aspects of life.

At the SoS we have a saying actually.

Life is like a Burpee……….We believe this exercise perfectly represents the ups and downs of life and for most people, the worst you can give as a coach. If I had a pound for every client that once hated this exercise but now truly appreciates it and actually enjoys i'd be a very wealthy man lol

We actually have a 90 day Burpee challenge if you dare to ask.

 

We believe by applying the right mindset to this exercise (and many others) we can build our physical and mental resilience greatly.

It’s not how many times you get knocked down that counts BUT how many times you can dust yourself off and get back up again.

 

Through consistent physical exercise the body also develops an athletic physique that most aspire to attain, but more importantly this will be as a byproduct of  hard work, positive lifestyle changes and TRUE mindset development over time.
